FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How will you contact me if my child needs me?

If your child becomes inconsolable or unwell, we will contact you via a number issued to you when you check your child into Camp Eaglepoint. This number will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the screens in the Worship Center. If your child's number appears, please quietly return to the room where you dropped him or her off. Someone will meet you to help you with your child.

How can I volunteer for Camp EaglePoint or The Eagle's Nest?

There are many positions available where you can serve. These include serving in The Eagle's Nest, Camp EaglePoint and the GPS - Preteen ministry. If you would like to get plugged in contact Robin Boyles () or Zack Casey ().

How secure are my children on Sunday mornings?

Your child's safety is very important to us. We use an electronic check-in system which prints off two labels for each child. One goes on the child and one goes to the parent. Your child will not be released to anyone without his or her label. This also allows us to keep track of special needs, such as allergies, for each child. Parents should plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the service to ensure plenty of time to check in your child and get settled.
