AWANA
AWANA will start back on September 7th at FBC.
AWANA is an international, non-denominational, Bible-centered youth organization that provides clubs for children 3 years old through 6th grade. The acrostic AWANA comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, based on 2 Timothy 2:15. The AWANA club is broken down into three smaller groups: Cubbies (3 to 5 years), Sparks (K to 2nd grade), and Truth and Training (3rd to 6th grade). Games, crafts, awards, scripture memory and other activities transform the program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand.
Every Wednesday we plan this fun, dynamic time of teaching God’s incredible truths to your children, but we know that the rest of the week that YOU spend with your kids are what will truly have a lasting impact in their lives. We want to partner with you in training your children to love God, love each other and love our world through AWANA!
AWANA meets on Wednesday nights from 6:00 - 7:30 PM.
