Growth Track
Our strategy for developing disciples is seen through our Growth Track. This three-step strategy is an ongoing process designed to aid you in becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ. These three spiritual steps are reflected with three physical steps that you can take as a part of our church. These steps can be completed in any order and are designed to connect you into a covenant relationship with our church, join you with others in a small group Bible study, and help you find a place of ownership and service in the church . Whether you're at the very beginning of your spiritual journey or have been following Christ for many years, the Growth Track is designed for you.
Point of Impact
This class is an introduction to the vision, strategy, and covenant relationships of First Baptist Church. It will help you understand what being a part of either of our First Baptist campuses is all about. It is also a requirement for church membership. This class takes place quarterly on Sundays. Connection Groups
Relationships are vitally important to our journey as Christ-followers. The Bible teaches us that we need other Christians to encourage us, hold us accountable and spur us on to maturity. Our Connection Groups consist of 8-12 individuals that meet on a weekly basis for bible study and building authentic community. Learn more about joining a small group.
Ministry Teams
Find you fit in the ministry area of your choice and begin using your passions and gifts for the benefit of others. Sign-up for ministry teams can be done any time throughout the year, but look for our Big Connection Events where teams with specific needs are emphasized. Most volunteer commitments are made on an annual basis.
